Shipping & Returns

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this Website and your relationship with us bubbles-boutique.co.uk. Please read them carefully before using the Website. Using the Website indicates that you accept these Terms and Conditions regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Website.

We carry considerable stock of most merchandise and subject to availability of stock we seek to dispatch all orders within 48 hours by Royal Mail for delivery within 2-3 days. Orders for delivery outside of the UK and orders placed for certain US ranges, such as Shirley of Hollywood, Leg Avenue & Dreamgirl, may take up to 28 days for delivery.

If we are out of stock on your items, and an unusually long delay is anticipated, we will inform you by email. For urgent deliveries, Bubbles Boutique can offer a next day on some products in the UK. Customers must contact us to request this service and make payment for such delivery, prior to dispatch.

If we are out of stock of the items you have ordered, a member of our customer service team will inform you by email. In Stock Products include Products held in our US ranges warehouses (i.e Dreamgirl, Leg Avenue & Shirley of Hollywood)

Orders will be sent using Royal Mail recorded delivery and will require a signature on receipt.

All of our orders are shipped in discreet packaging without any branding. We can deliver to any alternative address you advise at the time of ordering.

In the unlikely even that an item is found to be damaged or faulty you will be entitled to a full refund, including postage costs.

If you have received a faulty or damaged item please contact us on sales@bubbles-boutique.co.uk quoting your order number and details of the fault with in 5 working days of receipt of the item.

If you receive an incorrect or duplicate item, as a result of our error, we will endeavour to rectify the mistake as soon as possible. Unfortunately due to their nature we are unable to offer refunds or replacements on thongs, g-strings, or hosiery. Where we are unable to offer a replacement item you will be entitled to either a full refund to your payment account, or credit to the value of your order.

All refunds will be processed with in 30 working days of receipt of the item. Unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds for gift wrapping or gift boxes, or for personalised or custom made items.

All items in our 'Sale' Items are of high quality and may be end of season, surplus stock or discontinued lines and available at a discounted price. Our returns policies apply (see above) to all sale items.

From time to time we made need to update our terms and conditions, and reserve the right to do so as required. Terms are implemented with immediate effect. Your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms.
